Diallyo Diggs - Chief Financial Officer

Diallyo Diggs has a passion for education. One of the biggest influencers on Diallyo’s love of education was his fifth grade teacher, Dr. James Irby, who showed Diallyo what a teacher truly could be and how proper education could open up the world to an individual no matter what their status in life. After High School, Diallyo continued his journey at Florida A&M University, where he graduated with a BS in Criminal Justice. Realizing his love of law and policy, he was then accepted into the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary. After graduating with his JD, Diallyo discovered his second passion, business.

As a business development director for a small healthcare company, he helped the company triple in size in two years. Diallyo was then promoted to Chief Financial Officer and served in that role for the next 5 years, guiding the company through national accreditation. During this time, Diallyo also served on the North Carolina mental health reform provider council. Being a lifelong student and passionate about business, Diallyo enrolled in Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He received his MBA shortly after. Along the way Diallyo started several companies including a consulting firm focused on companies looking to do business with the federal government. Diallyo is also a teacher who has taught SAT, LSAT, GRE and ACT prep classes for the last five years. Diallyo considers himself a lifelong student and teacher and always looks for ways to learn and improve in every business situation he encounters.
